Hey girl hey! I am all about saving money when it comes to makeup + skincare. You will rarely ever hear me say that you need to buy the most expensive high end product. In today’s post, I am going to give you the best dupes (short for duplicates!) of high end products. If you’re looking to save money, keep on scrollin’!

Before we get started, I have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to dupes! If you are interested in checking that out, click HERE! This post is going to focus primarily on the ones I have tested and loved!
This dupe literally broke the internet! Both primers claim to leave the skin looking flawless and poreless before foundation application. Although I like the Tatcha version a little better, the E.L.F version is a great alternative if you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a primer. Both primers are ideal for oily to normal skin types, but can work for anyone with the right skincare!
Wet n Wild really knocks it out of the park with their complexion products. In fact, this is my absolute FAVORITE foundation for my skin. It glides on flawlessly, and evens out skin tone without looking cakey. It is extremely similar to the MUFE HD foundation in that it helps prep skin for photography. Both are great options, but I like the Wet n Wild version a little better.
Honestly, I can’t tell the difference between these two! The consistency and wear is exactly the same from my experience, and the coverage is spot on. Both of them offer a ultra full coverage that stays on all day. The only issue you might run into is finding your shade in the E.L.F concealer, as the shade range is not the greatest. However, if you can find your perfect shade, skip the Tarte concealer and try the E.L.F one!
This is another dupe that I like the more affordable version of! What I like about the Maybelline Fit Me Powder is that it comes in a ton different shades, so everyone is able to find the best shade for them. Both powders help to mattify and set makeup, and are similar in texture, but the Maybelline wins for me!
Milani always nails it with dupes, and their blushes are no exception! I love how their blushes add a soft radiance to the skin while also providing a little bit of color too. NARS blushes are some of the most popular high end blushes for this reason, but you can get the same look for a fraction of the price! My favorite shade is Luminoso, which is a gorgeous coral blush with a touch of highlight to it.
Bronzer has always been one of my favorite products ever. I swear, I go through more bronzer than Snooki circa 2010 went through–although I’m a little more tactful about the placement of it 😉 NYX’s line of matte bronzers are one of my favorite products EVER! There are different shades to help warm up and even contour the face. Although I love all of Too Faced’s bronzers, NYX’s will always have a special place in my heart.
There are so many good drugstore options for highlighters, but I think Physician’s Formula has some of the best. Their Butter Highlighters are so soft and smooth and look blinding upon application. I love how I can apply them with my finger for the ultimate all day glow. Although I love Becca highlighters, I don’t think you need to neccesarily shell out that kind of money if you aren’t a beauty guru. Every single drugstore highlighter I have tried has been just as good + even better!
Eye primers are a complete necessity for me, and so I am always looking for a cheaper alternative. This Morphe primer is so good, and keeps your eye look on all day. Both options only require a tiny bit, so the tube lasts forever, but I still go for the Morphe one!
In my humble opinion, Colour Pop eyeshadows are the best on the market. I included Anastasia palettes, because I feel that their color selection + shadow quality is spot on with Colour Pop. Colour Pop shadows are high quality, beautifully curated, and come in a ton of different finishes. If you’re looking for quality shadows, run don’t walk to your nearest Ulta!
Good eyeliner from the drugstore can be so tricky to find, but luckily E.L.F has you covered! Their much cheaper eyeliner stays on all day and is a great alternative to Stila’s version. I also like that it’s waterproof, so it doesn’t smudge as much on me. I use this a lot on brides!
These two mascaras are LITERALLY identical. The brush, the formula, everything! Both provide a ton of volume, and are great for that falsie lash look. I always keep the Loreal version stocked in both my kit and my own personal makeup bag. Why spend double the price when you can get the exact same thing for only $10?!
I am a huge fan of brow pomades, as I feel they really do shape the brow while also keeping it in place. The Colour Pop pomade is by far my favorite one EVER. It’s super long wearing, and the pot lasts forever. Pomades are typically waterproof or water resistant, which means your brow will stay locked and loaded ALL DAY. Both of these products do just that, but CP is such a staple for me. A lot of people are a fan of the ABH Dipbrow, but I will always stick with the CP version!
2. Colour Pop Brow Boss Pencil ($5.50) vs. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz ($21)
Both products are great options, but are again almost identical. Each pencil defines the brows and adds super precise hair-like strokes. I personally prefer to spend less for the same thing, so I always go with the Colour Pop version!
Do you see a theme going? It’s safe to say I’m obsessed with Colour Pop brow products! This Brow Boss gel is awesome for keeping brows in place, and like the Gimme Brow, it adds a little color as well! I like to add this gel after I fill my brows in to keep everything locked and loaded, but also to add a slight tint as well.
A few years back, the internet was buzzing about the fact that Colour Pop’s liquid lipsticks and Kylie’s liquid lipsticks had almost the exact same formula. Upon further investigation, it was revealed they were potentially made in the same laboratory. After using both, I can totally tell they are pretty much the same product packaged differently. They are both longwearing, they have the same scent, and also come in similar colors. Definitely skip the Kylie if you are looking to save money and grab a Colour Pop shade instead!
Not only are the liquid lipsticks identical, but the lipliners are as well. Both are super creamy, longwearing, and easy to apply. For half the price, you can get a lip liner that performs exactly the same as Kylie’s, and stays on just as well!
3. Maybelline Lipsticks ($5) vs. KKW Beauty Lipsticks ($18)
Maybelline is a total classic when it comes to the drugstore, and their lipsticks are to die for. I love the creamy formula, and feel that it closely mimicks the same creaminess as KKW Beauty’s formula. Maybelline, like KKW Beauty, has a line of nude lipsticks that are super popular. Anyone can find their perfect nude shade! On top of that, Maybelline offers a ton of different shades, finishes, and formulas.
If I wear a gloss, I want a super pigmented gloss that adds color to the lips. The NYX Butter Glosses always provide the most gorgeous, glossy lip with a ton of color. The formula is super similar to Bare Minerals’ glosses, and they both stay on relatively well for a gloss. They both have so many gorgeous shade options, and most are similar to each other!
